What to include
- The email address of your Easify account
- What you were doing, and the exact message you saw — a screenshot is ideal
- For the Chrome extension: its version (shown on chrome://extensions) and the website or CRM you were on
- For an upload: the batch ID or the file name
Please do not email bank statements or applications. Upload them through Easify and send us the batch ID instead.
Chrome extension — common questions
I can't sign in.
- Use your Easify account email and password, or Continue with Google with the Google account whose email matches your Easify account.
- The extension does not create accounts. If you don't have one yet, create it at easify.net first, or ask your organization's administrator to add you.
There are no Easify tags on the page.
- Reload the tab. Pages that were already open when the extension was installed or updated don't get tags until they are reloaded.
- Tags go next to PDFs only — links to PDF files, email attachments, embedded viewers — and never inside a message or note you are editing.
A tag says "Not a PDF".
- The link returned something other than a PDF — often a sign-in page. Open the file on that site once to make sure you are signed in, then try again.
It sat on "Preparing…" and then said the site didn't hand over the file.
- Some CRMs build the file only when you press their own Download button, and a slow one can take up to 30 seconds. If it still fails, download the file normally and drop it into the Easify panel.
There is no Easify tab on my CRM.
- The tab appears on Salesforce, Zoho CRM, GoHighLevel, LendSaaS and Phonify, and on any other CRM your administrator has set up for your organization. PDF tags work on every site either way.
Connecting Gmail.
- Connect Gmail lets Easify send your lender submissions from your own address. It can only send — it cannot read, search or delete your mail.
- To disconnect, use the Easify web app or myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Background checks and charges.
- DataMerch, credit and PACER checks run only when you press a check's Run button and then Confirm. Each is billed per lookup, as shown on its button.
Your data
- Signing out of the extension deletes your sign-in and your list of recent uploads from your computer. Removing the extension deletes everything it stored there.
- Uploaded statements and analyses can be deleted from the Easify web app, or ask us at support@easify.net.
